SMT Program Applicant Reward
Terms and Conditions

To recognize genuine effort and early action, we’re offering exclusive incentives to qualified applicants. Please read the following terms carefully before applying:

1. Eligibility
   To qualify for any incentives, applicants must:
   • Fully complete the application process via the official SMT Program website.
   • Submit a CV, application letter, and portfolio that are relevant, thoughtfully prepared, and reflect genuine effort.
   • Ensure all submissions are original and not copied or mass-generated.
   • Complete all application steps through the official platform.
2. Submission Quality
   Submissions may be disqualified at the discretion of the organizing team if they:
   • Are clearly incomplete or irrelevant, or
   • Contain uncustomized AI-generated content, such as generic text copied directly from AI tools without editing or personalization.
3. Early Applicant Incentives
   The first 100 valid and qualified applicants will receive e-wallet incentives based on their order of submission. Among the 200 qualified applicants, 5 individuals will be randomly selected to receive an additional bonus of 100,000 IDR.

   #1–25	50,000 IDR
   #26–60	40,000 IDR
   #61–100	30,000 IDR

   💡 All reward amounts are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

   📌 The lucky draw will be conducted internally by the organizing team. All results are final and non-negotiable.

4. Reward Distribution
   Incentives will be sent via Gopay. To ensure proper delivery:
   • The organizing team will contact selected applicants via WhatsApp to confirm e-wallet and payment details.
   • Applicants must provide an active and accurate WhatsApp number in the application form.
   • The organizer is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect or incomplete contact or payment information.
5. Verification & Integrity
   To maintain fairness, the organizer reserves the right to:
   • Verify applicant identity or authenticity of submitted documents.
   • Disqualify any duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious entries.
6. Final Decision Clause
   All decisions made by the organizing team regarding:
   • Applicant eligibility
   • Reward qualification
   • Reward distributions are final and binding.
7. Reward Policy

   • Non-transferable
   • Non-exchangeable
   • Cannot be converted into cash

9. Incentive Distribution Timeline
